Best seller I ever encountered, never seen a seller that does really care about their customers. Well packaging, fast shipping, flexible price to make sure I get what I offer. Even thought the item I bought state new but there are some scratches on the wheel and there are some swelling bubbles on the wood that seems like caused by water drips.
